We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we only ship domestically and do not support international shipping.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following locations:
- U.S. territories and islands (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Orders placed with unsupported addresses may be cancelled or require an address update before processing.
Handling Time
Handling time: 1 - 2 business days
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
Shipping time: 5 - 8 business days
Transit time may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. We currently partner with USPS and DHL as our primary shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time is calculated as:
Handling Time + Transit Time = 6 – 10 business days
Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (local business time). Orders placed after this time will be considered as placed on the following business day for processing purposes.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the status and progress of your delivery at any time.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
In cases where a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
