30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your baking dish or pan must be:

  • Unused and clean
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Free from stains, scratches, cracks, or damage
  • In its original packaging, including any protective materials
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, baked in, or damaged after use
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Restocking Fee

For returns made due to a change of mind or personal preference (non-defective items), a 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and operational costs.

Refunds for defective or incorrect items will not incur a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

  • A return shipping label 
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Baking dishes and pans are fragile items and may occasionally be damaged during transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives:

  • Broken, cracked, or chipped
  • Defective
  • Incorrect in size or design

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No restocking fee applies for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 7 days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
  • For non-defective, change-of-mind returns, the 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
