Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it.
If your cancellation request is submitted within this time frame, your order will be cancelled successfully and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations After 6 Hours
If the cancellation request is made after 6 hours, we can still process the cancellation; however, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover handling and operational costs.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.
Updating Shipping Address & Order Information
Customers may request to update their shipping address or order details only if the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once the package is in transit, we are unable to modify any delivery information.
We do not charge any additional fees for address or information updates made before shipment.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Failed deliveries caused by inaccurate recipient information.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
